RESOLUTION NO. 63-37 ORDERING THE VACATION OF <br />AN UNNAMED ALLEY RUNNING BETWEEN MAIN AND BUSH <br />STREETS, NORTH OF TENTH STREET, NOT RESERVING <br />A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, AND RESCINDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 63-21 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 17, 1962, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 62-237 declaring its intention to vacate the unnamed <br />alley herein described and reserving therein a public utility <br />easement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 21, 1963, a public hearing was duly held <br />on the question of said vacation on posted notices and on notice <br />contained in the publication of said Resolution No. 62-237. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council~ hereby <br />finds that the unnamed alley herein described is unnecessary for <br />present or prospective street purposes and hereby makes its order <br />vacating and abandoning for street purposes that certain unnamed <br />alley in the City of Santa Ana, California, described as: <br /> <br />~n unnamed alley between Tenth and Eleventh Streets which <br />is 12 feet in width and runs from Bush Street Westerly to <br />a line parallel with and 45 feet East of the surveyed <br />center line of Main Street measured at right angles. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That before the surface areas of <br />said alley may be used by abutting land owners, the existing alley <br />drive approach on Main Street must be removed and standard curb, <br />gutter and sidewalk installed across the entrance, or an agreement <br />for the completion of said work entered into with said City. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That no reservation for public <br />utility easement is necessary and none therefore is reserved; that <br />Resolution No. 63-21 is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of March, 1963. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
