TASK 9-D: RECIPROCAL PARTNERSHIPS: COLLATERAL PRODUCTION & PROMOTIONAL <br />MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT (WINTER/SPRING 2025) <br />Objective: Provide S4 with broader message awareness through the use of free and <br />reciprocal partnership placements. <br />Task Description: Develop, produce, and distribute printed materials and customized <br />collateral items as needed. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop print materials and customized collateral for Reciprocal Partners. <br />b. Distribute print materials and customized collateral for Reciprocal Partners. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve campaign progress, updates, and promotions. <br />b. Support and facilitate partnering and sponsorship efforts. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completion of administrative deliverables and <br />when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for the task. Planned <br />completion and implementation are by the end of June 2025. <br />TASK 10: VENUE SIGNAGE PROGRAM (MAJOR DESTINATION PLACEMENT) <br />Objective: Provide S4 with broader message awareness through the development of <br />key partnerships for signage placement. <br />Task Description: Conduct extensive regional outreach to identify potential partners <br />among major destination venues throughout Orange County with ability to provide S4 <br />messaging placement and positioning that widely broadens S4 campaign reach. <br />Develop and supply printed promotional materials and signage as needed. Confer with <br />and report progress to the Santa Ana Project Manager through regularly scheduled <br />phone calls and/or emails and meetings (as needed or requested). Manage the <br />ongoing reporting and measurement of task progress. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop exhaustive list of potential partners for outreach. <br />b. Coordinate, manage and participate in partnership meetings and phone calls <br />with potential partners. <br />c. Secure potential partnerships and acquire written confirmation. <br />d. Provide generic or customized collateral materials as needed to partners. <br />e. Manage initiative reporting and campaign measurement. <br />f. Manage ongoing budget and campaign schedule. <br />g.
