Prepare change orders, as needed to address changes in scope or to address scope changes that <br />may occur (technical portion). <br />2. Perform weekly Field Observations during on -site work in conjunction with progress meetings. <br />3. Facilitate all progress meetings to include but not limited to: (CM) <br />a. Facilitate site coordination, two -week look ahead <br />b. Schedule updates <br />c. Track RFI's <br />d. Track issues and resolutions <br />e. Documentation for Litigation prevention <br />f. Prepare Meeting Notes <br />4. Review and validate contractor's construction schedule (CM) <br />5. Track submittals, expected and submitted (CM) <br />6. Facilitate Shop Testing and acceptance (CM) <br />7. Facilitate testing by area as completed (CM) <br />8. Facilitate Systems Commissioning — Two -week Final Continuous Test (CM) <br />9. Track Punch List corrections/completion (CM) <br />10. Validate Record Documents <br />11. Validate contractor training proposal and materials <br />This will increase the contract value from $123,850 to $175,621.
