On motion of Trustee <br /> <br /> Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, a communication was ordered <br /> addressed to the Planning Commission reference this particular reclass- <br /> ification with request tc s~ady the advisability cf including all the <br /> property south of Chestnut street and west of Lyon Street and tO also <br /> consider the reclassification cf Standard Avenue. 'On motion <br /> <br />Tr,Astee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the Planning Commission <br />was also requested to solicit the cooperation of the County Planning <br />Commission to reclassify county territory lylmg south of Santa Fe <br />tracks with the easterly boundary of the extension of Lyon Street. <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending <br />approval of Tentative Map ef Tract No. 1521, submitted by Walter Elliott, <br />covering a portion of the property lying south of Edinger Street east <br />of Park Drive, west of Flower Street and north of Tract No. 1339, and <br />consisting of 107 lots. On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by <br /> <br />Dahl and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepte~ and Tentative Hap of Tract No. 1521 approved subject to <br />condition that all wind-break trees within the subdivision boundaries <br />and all trees in the dedicated right-of-way be removed by the <br /> <br /> subdivider. <br /># <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Plannl.ng Commission recommending <br />approval of Tentative Map of Tract No. 1625, submitted by Cecil C. <br />DeVote, covering a portion of the property lying south of Edinger <br />Street and betweenPmrk Drive and an extension of Baker Street and is <br />bounded on the south by Tract No. 1367. On motion of T~ustee Dahl, <br />seconded by McBride and carried, the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission was accepted and Tentative Map of Tract No. 1625 approved <br /> <br />subject to the City Engineerls requirements as to drainage.. <br />. <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br />reports cf the Building Department, Police Department and JudgeSs <br />Office, for the month of October and report of the Auditor on ~xnds as <br /> <br />cf September 30, 1952, were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /># <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending <br />approval of Tentative Map of Tract No. 1534, submitted by W.K.Lindsay, <br />showing a tier of lots on each side of a proposed ?40 foot westerly <br />extension of Sharon Road, subject to the condition that a street <br />~unnlng north from Sharon Road approximately along the line separatingl <br />Lots 2 and 3 is provided. On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by <br />Hunter and carried, Tentative Map of Tract No. 143~ was referred to <br />the Council as a whole for further study and report at the next meeting. <br />On motion of Trustee McBrid$, seconded by Hunter and carried, the <br />resignation of G.
