<br />Oommunlcation was read from Richard Marshall, President, South Main
<br />Improvement Association requesting that the Ordinance pertaining to
<br />off-street parking for apartment houses should be more specifically
<br />defined. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Dahl and carried,
<br />the matter was referred to the City Attorney, Planning Commission
<br />and Building Inspector to prepare an amendment to the Municipal Code
<br />with reference to automobile parking for apartment hou~es~
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution requesting the Orange County Flood
<br /> Control District to assume responsibility for
<br /> the "West Ditch# of the Delhi Drainage District"
<br />
<br />was read,.considered, designated Resolution No. 53-13 and passed by
<br />

<br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />Administrator and City Engineer were authorized to present Resolution
<br />No. 53-13 requesting the Orange County Flood Control District to
<br />assume responsibility for the "West Ditch" of the Delhi Drainage
<br />District, to the Board of Supervisors in conjunction with a similar
<br />Resolution adopted by the Delhi Drainage District.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried, the
<br />
<br />ing Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution denying application for change
<br /> of district classification on amendment
<br /> application Number 9?"
<br />
<br />on behalf of Means and Ulrich, for reclassification of Lots 17, 18, 19,
<br />20 and 21 from R-3 to M-l, and Lots 22, 23, 24 and 25 from B~3 to C-1
<br />in Block 68 of Santa Aha East, involving property on the west side of
<br />Poinsettia StrCet between Wellington and Vance Streets, was read, con-
<br />sidered, designated Resolution No. 53-1~ and passed by the following
