Result in a cumulatively considerable net increase of any criteria pollutant for which the project region is non -attainment under an applicable federal or state ambient air quality standard (including releasing emissions which exceed quantitative thresholds for ozone precursors)? The SCAB is designated by the EPA and the State as being nonattainment for 03, PM10, and PM2.5. In accordance with SCAQMD methodology, any project that does not exceed or can be mitigated to less than the daily threshold values does not add significantly to a cumulative impact. As mentioned above, the development of the proposed Project demonstrates that construction and operational activities would not result in emissions in excess of SCAQMD's threshold values. Since the proposed Project would not exceed the SCAQMD's significance thresholds for construction activities or the operations phase, the SCAQMD does not consider emissions from the Project's emissions to add significantly to any cumulative impact.
