Thank you for your follow up.

We publish a check register regularly to make sure we are documenting expenses for the public
to address should they have any concerns.

That was not being done, as you recall, when Mayor Khan and Chairman Carroll were part of
OCPA leadership.

OCPA sponsors numerous community organizations and events as part of our community
benefits program(s).

It is a little disingenuous that you are only questioning either Korean business sponsorships
and/or events, and/or events and non-profits we support in Fullerton, but none in Irvine or Buena
Park or Huntington Beach.

I am always available to you to address any of your concerns below.

My personal contact information is below.

I look forward to our conversation.

Thank you again.

Have a good Labor Day.

Fred Jung
(714) 488-8888

From: Dee Fox <
Sent: Monday, September 2, 2024 4:21 AM
To: Fred Jung <Fred.Jung@cityoffullerton.com>
Subject: \[EXTERNAL MAIL\]OCPA

CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WITH THIS MESSAGE
This email came from outside City of Fullerton. Do not open attachments, click on links, or respond unless you expected this message and recognize the email address.

Since you apparently have no email account with the OCPA, I have to address my concerns to
you at your City of Fullerton email address.

Last year the OCPA Board said they would include all correspondence/emails from the public
regarding Agendized and Non-Agendized items in the meeting minutes. We are well into 2024
and NO correspondence has been attached to any of the minutes. I find this very concerning. I
now had to do a public document request for this information which adds needless time for the
OCPA staff. I hope you will get this corrected.

2
