I would be very interested to hear your justification for taking funds in this way. Tammy Kim had already received funds from the City of Irvine for the World Korean Business Convention, which had been objected to because it ONLY supported overseas Korean businesses, but Mayor Khan gave in to her and gave her half of what she wanted. So, greedy Tammy Kim comes to the OCPA TO GET THE REST!
