3. That the sidewalk and the proposed drive approach on <br /> Walnut Street be installed in accordance with City of <br /> Santa Ana standards, except that said sidewalk shall be <br /> <br /> 6 feet wide and may be installed to the curb; provided, <br /> said <br /> however, that in any event,/sidewalk shall be so constructed <br /> <br /> as to properly align with a sidewalk to be provided on that <br /> property immediately West of the applicant's property, which <br /> said future sidewalk on said Westerly property shall be <br /> <br /> installed strictly in accordance with all City standards. <br /> <br />4. That a 6-foot solid brick wall be erected between the <br /> parking area and the adjoining residentially walled <br /> property to the West of said property. <br /> <br />5. That the area between the existing block wall and the <br /> future Walnut Street sidewalk be landscaped and maintained; <br /> said landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Department for its approval prior to the approval of a <br /> building permit. <br /> 6. That development be otherwise according to plot plan. <br /> <br />7.
