Subrecipient shall comply with <br />County Social Media Use Policy and Procedures as they pertain to any social media developed in support <br />of the services described within this Contract. The policy is available on the Internet at <br />http://www.ocgov.com/gov/ceo/cio/govpolicies. <br />41. Maximum Obligation: <br />The total Maximum Obligation of County to the Subrecipient for the cost of services provided in accordance <br />with this Contract is $110,000, as further detailed in the "Budget Schedule" Attachment. <br />42. Service Contract – Follow-On Work: <br />No person, firm, subsidiary or Subcontractor of a firm that has been awarded a consulting services <br />contract or a contract which includes a consulting component may be awarded a Contract for the <br />performance of services, the purchase of goods or supplies, or the provision of any other related action <br />which arises from or can reasonably be deemed an end-product of work performed under the initial <br />consulting to consulting-related Contract. <br />43. Subrecipient Bankruptcy/Insolvency: <br />If the Subrecipient should be adjudged bankrupt or should have a general assignment for the benefit of its <br />creditors or if a receiver should be appointed on account of the Subrecipient’s insolvency, the County <br />may terminate this Contract. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 1
