Corporate Status <br />All corporate Subrecipients shall be registered with the California Secretary of State and shall be in good <br />standing, without suspension by the California Secretary of State, Franchise Tax Board, or Internal <br />Revenue service. The corporate Subrecipient shall maintain the good status standing with the Secretary of <br />State of California throughout the term of this Contract. Any change in corporate status or suspension <br />shall be reported by Subrecipient immediately in writing to County’s Project Manager. If Subrecipient <br />fails to maintain good standing or has failed to be in good standing at the time of the effective date of this <br />Contract, County, in addition to all remedies available under the law and this Contract, pursuant to <br />Termination provision of this Contract, terminate this Contract for cause. <br /> <br />Subrecipient, by signing this Contract, does swear under penalty of perjury that no more than one (1) final <br />unappealable finding of contempt of court by a federal court has been issued against Subrecipient within <br />the immediately preceding two-year period because of Subrecipient’s failure to comply with an order of a <br />federal court which orders the Subrecipient to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations <br />Board. <br /> <br />29. Compliance with Law - Contract: <br />In its performance under this Contract, Subrecipient shall fully comply with the requirements of the <br />following, whether or not otherwise referred to in this Contract: <br /> <br />A. All applicable Federal statues, regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including but not <br />limited to, 20 CFR Parts 676 through 678 and Parts 675, 679 through 687. <br />i.
