Delivery will be completed not more than forty-five days after award. Bid is for parking meter heads only on a cash basis, which reflects a $2.29 per unit discount and does not include the sales tax. If the City chooses to purchase standards and bell bases, add $2,25 for the standard and $.?5 for each base, plus sales tax. City can elect to pay for the meters out of the receipts by paying $2.00 per meter per month. On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance granted to Walter E. Tipton to permit the remodeling of the existing residence at ?02 East 17th Stree~ into a real estate office, subject to the condition as imposed by the In Re Variance Baker Development Co. Planning Commission. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance granted to Baker Development Company for development of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, of Tract No. 2018, located at 1515 East l?th Street, into duplexes.
