Tipton <br />Reclassify E. 17th <br />St. from Main to <br />Santiago Ave. <br /> <br />g~anted to St. Anne Church to permit a reduction in the rear yard at <br /> <br />1511-1515 South Sycamore Street to four feet. <br /># <br />Communication and Resolution No. 560 of the Planning Commission were <br />read on the application of Walter E. Tipton, recommending the <br />ification of the north and south sides of East 17th Street, from the <br />existing O-1 and 0-2 Districts at Main Street, to and including the <br /> <br />four corners of Santiago Avenue for a depth of approximately 1501, <br /> <br />from the present classifications of R-l, R-2 and C, to the C-1 <br /> <br />District. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and <br /> <br />In Re <br />Revised Tentative <br />Map ~ Tract NO. <br />2011 <br /> <br />carried, a notice of public hearing was ordered published setting <br /> <br />date of hearing aa January 4th, <br /># <br />It was moved by Councilman~a~een, seconded by McBride and carried, <br />that Revised Tentative Map of Tract No. 2011, submitted by C. DeVote, <br />for the development of the property bo~x~ded on the north by Edinger <br />Street and on the west by Baker Street, be approved subject to the <br />condition that Baker Street be 60 feet wide with a 36 foot paved <br />roadway, including curbs on each side thereof, and standard sidewalk <br /> <br />In Re <br />Tentative Map <br />Tract No. 2099 <br /> <br />on the east side of the right-of-way. <br /># <br />On motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Lateen and carried, <br /> <br />Tentative Map of Tract No. 2099 submitted by Allison Company, <br /> <br />ten lots located south of Santa Clara Avenue and east of Towner Stree <br /> <br />In Re <br />Map of Tract <br />No. 1878 <br />(Donald A.
