<br /> Wg~REAS, ARCADIO P. LOPEZ and JENNIE S. LOPEZ have executed
<br />a deed dated February 28, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
<br />certain real property on the south side of Eighth Street and the
<br />west side of English Street in consideration of the sum of
<br />$11,750; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 873638-
<br />hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, VICTOR F. MENDOZA and CONSUELO A. M~NDOZA have
<br />executed a deed dated March 4, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa
<br />Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of Eighth
<br />Street, east of Hawley Street, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$2,890.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said
<br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 873644-hrb with
<br />First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,California;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, TEXTRON INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation,
<br />successor to THE TOWNSEND COMPANY, a Pennsylvania corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated February 23, 1966, conveying to the City of
<br />Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of
<br />Warner Avenue from Standard Avenue east to the Southern Pacific
<br />Railroad right of way, in consideration of the sum of $5,485.00 and
<br />certain remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is
<br />to be handled through Escrow No. 873686-hrb with First American Title
<br />Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California~ and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FRANK L. MALDONADO and LUCILLE O. MALDONADOhave
<br />executed a deed dated March 12, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa
<br />Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street,
<br />east of Fairview Street, in consideration of the sem of $1,135.00
<br />and certain remedial work to be done by the City~ said transaction
<br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 874039-hrb with First American
<br />Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREASa ANASTASIA B. LOPES has executed a deed dated March 12,
<br />1966, conveying an easement for street purposes to the City of
<br />Santa Ana on the south side of Eighth Street, west of Hawley Street,
<br />in consideration,~of the sum of $1,075.00 and certain remedial work
<br />to be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 874007-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ANASTASIA B. LOPEZ has executed a deed dated March 12,
<br />1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street
<br />purl~)ses on the south side of Eighth Street, west of Hawley Street,
<br />in consideration of the sum of $1,090.00 and certain remedial work
<br />to be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 874006-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHKREAS, PAUL DAVID VBLARDE and SALLY VELARDE have executed a
<br />daed dated March 12, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
<br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, west
<br />of Hawley Street, in consideration of the sum of $1,420.00 and
<br />certain remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is to
<br />be handled through Escrow No. 874011-hrb with First American Title
<br />Insur&nce and Trust Company, Santa Aha, California; and
