FLORES have executed <br />a deed dated March 14, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an <br />easement for street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, <br />east of Fairview Street, in consideration of the sum of $1,125.00 <br />and certain remedial work to be done by the City~ said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 874003-hrb with First American <br />Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Aha, California~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JAMES ELLIS has executed a deed dated March 14, 1966, <br />conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on <br />the south side of Eighth Street, west of Hawley Street, in consideration <br />of the sum of $1,190.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the <br />City~ said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 874005-hrb <br />with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, <br />California ~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MARTIN MEND~OLAand GUADALUPEMENDIOLAhave executed <br />a deed dated March 15, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an <br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, west <br />of Hawley Street, in consideration of the sum of $1,465.00 and certain <br />remedial work to be done by the City~ said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 874012-hrb with Flrst American Title Insurance & <br />Trust Company, Santa Ana, California~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LEE ESPINOZA and JESSIE ESPINOZA have executed a deed <br />dated March 15, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement <br />for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, west of <br />Hawley Street, in consideration of the sum of $2,220.00 and certain <br />remedial work to be done by the City= said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 874013-hrb with First American Title Insurance & <br />Trust Company, Santa Ana, California~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~OLD.~.~JOHNSON/~as executed a deed dated March 5, <br />1966, conveying tothe City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property <br />on the east side of Ross Street and the south side of Fifth Street <br />in consideration of the sum of $23,000.00~ said transaction is to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 874059-hrb with First American Title <br />Insurance & ~rust Company, Santa Ana, California~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions~ that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
