BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That October 3rd, 1966, at the hour of <br />7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa <br />Ana, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons <br />interested in or objecting to said proposed street vacation. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution <br />once in The Register, and the Director of Public Works is ordered to post notices <br />of street vacation conspicuously along the line of said street, stating the passage <br />of this Resolution of Intention to Vacate and the time and place of hearing thereon. <br />Said notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart and at least three (3) <br />such notices shall be posted.
