<br />to the Town of Santa Aha, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
<br />Book 21, page 12, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
<br />California, described as follows:

<br />PARCEL I:
<br />
<br />The North 45 feet of said Lots 2 and 3, subject to an easement
<br />along the Northerly 5 feet of said lots condemned to the use of
<br />the City of Santa Ana, by final order in condemnation, recorded
<br />June 24, 1930, in Book 393, page 327, Official Records of said
<br />Orange County.

<br />PARCEL II:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence Southerly,
<br />along the West line of said Lot 1 to a line that is parallel with
<br />and distant Southerly 45 feet, measured at right angles, from
<br />the North line of said Lot 1; thence Easterly, along said parallel
<br />line to a point which is 18.21 feet Westerly from the East line
<br />of said Lot 1, measured along the Easterly prolongation of said
<br />parallel line, said last mentioned point being the beginning of a
<br />tangent curve concave to the Southwest and having a radius of
<br />18 feet; thence Southeasterly, along said curve, through a central
<br />angle of 90° 40' 55", a distance of 28.49 feet to a point of cusp
<br />in the East line of said Lot 1; thence Northerly, along said East
<br />line to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence Westerly, along
<br />the North line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning; subject
<br />to an easement along the Northerly 5 feet of said Lot 1 condemned
<br />to the use of the City of Santa Ana, by final order in condemnation,

<br />The above Parcels I and II contain an area of 3446 square feet,
<br />more or less;

<br />which deeds are dated November 15, 1966 and November 16, 1966,
<br />respectively; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is
<br />directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds, and
<br />the same shall be delivered into Escrow No. 50802-K with Security
<br />Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
<br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute grant deeds
<br />for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana granting to the SOUTHERN
<br />PACIFIC COMPANY, a corporation that certain real property in the
<br />city of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described
<br />as follows:

<br />That portion of Lots 1 and 13 and that portion of that certain
<br />14-foot alley all as shown in Block "A" of Bailey's Addition to
<br />the town of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
<br />Book 21, Page 12, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
<br />California, as described as follows:
