<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution No. 54-2 authorizing the condemnation
<br />of a certain parcel of real property for public
<br />use for the location of a public building and
<br />declaring the public necessity therefor"
<br />
<br />being Lot 4 in Block "B" of Re-subdivision of Block "A" and "B" of the
<br />Orange Grove Tract, except the interest in the east ~ feet Of said
<br />
<br />lot which was conveyed to the City for street purposes by deed recorded
<br />
<br />July 29, 1903, in Book 92, at page 172 of Deeds, was considered and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
