No. 54-10 <br />Es~. green zone <br />Bristol St. btn <br />~3rd and ~th Sts. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Lateen and carried, the <br /> following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Santa Aha Municipal Code <br /> by amending Article IX thereof creating changes <br /> in district boundaries and by amending Sheet <br /> Numbered 2, of the Districting Map to show the <br /> reclassification" <br /> <br />of the north and south sides of East 17th Street from R-l, R-2 and C <br />District to the C-1 District, from Main Street to the Freeway, in <br />accordance with Amendment Application of Walter E. Tipton etal, was <br />introduced, consideredand placed.on file for second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Lateen and carried, the <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article III of <br /> the Santa Ana Municipal Code regulating the <br /> movement and parking of vehicles in alleys" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />The Clerk read communication from the Planning Commission recommending <br />approval of set-back line on West First Street from Main Street to the <br />westerly city limits, with ~he provision ~hat the second paragraph of <br />the Resolution be changed to .read as follows: A vet-back line on <br />each side of West First Street, parallel to the surveyed center line <br />thereof and distant at right angles 42 feet from said surveyed center <br />line from Main Street to Daisy Street on the south and from Main Street <br />~o Townsend Street on the north; and distant at right angles 55 feet <br />from said surveyed center line from Daisy Street to the west city <br />limits on the south and from Townsend Street to the west city limits on <br />the north. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the <br />Resolution and with the inclusion of the correction as recommended by <br />the Planning Commission, on motion of Councilman Larsen, seconded by <br />McBride and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 55.8 declaring in~ention to establish <br /> set-back lines on Wes~ First Street from Main Street <br /> to the westerly city limits" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, <br /> Thomas F. Lateen, Milford W. Dahl, <br /> Courtney R. Chandler. <br /> Noes, Councilmen None <br /> Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, <br />on motion of Councilman Lateen, seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 54-9 approving map, declaring <br /> intention to vacate portions of Greenleaf Street <br /> and Bonnie ~ae and fixing time and place for <br /> hearing all persons interested in or objecting <br /> to the proposed vacation" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.L.McBride, <br />Thomas F. Lateen, Milford W. <br />Courtney R.
