ATTEST: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7O-lO <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN <br /> WORK <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.236 SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha, California, while conducting the protest hearing under its <br />Resolution of Intention 69-174, that the following changes are <br />hereby ordered in the proposed work and the city contribution <br />to the cost thereof in this assessment district: <br /> <br /> 1. Add to said work the construction and installation <br />of telephone conduit in Fourth Street, Broadway, Main and <br />Spurgeon Streets, as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) from the location of the proposed kiosks at <br />the Northwest corner of the intersection of Fourth Street and <br />Broadway, and at the Southeast corner of the intersection of <br />Fourth and Main Streets to the existing telephone services at <br />the rear of the existing buildings immediately adjacent thereto; <br /> <br /> (b) from the location of the proposed kiosk at <br /> <br />the Northwest corner of Fourth and Spurgeon Streets to the exist- <br />ing telephone services in the intersection of Fourth and Spurgeon <br />Streets. <br /> <br /> 2. The City of Santa Arm shall contribute to the cost <br />of said work and improvement, including the incidental costs there- <br />of, the difference between the actual cost thereof and $340,500.00. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED the 16th day of February, 1970. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
