RESOLUTION NO. 70-i2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Arm, <br />State of California, did, on November 17, 1969, pass and adopt <br />its Resolution of Intention No. 69-174 that the streets and <br />rights of way named in said resolution of intention be improved <br />in the manner therein described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution of intention was duly and <br />legally mailed posted and published in the time, form and manner <br />required by law, as shown by the affidavits of mailing, posting <br />and.publication of said resolution of intention on file in the <br />off/ce of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Amm; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, protests or objections in writing or otherwise <br />against the proposed work and improvement, the extent of the <br />district to be assessed, or the grades to which said work is pro- <br />posed to be done have not been made or presented by the owners of <br />more than half of the area of the property to be assessed for said <br />improvements up to the hour set for hearing in and by said resolution <br />of intention, and said City Council having acquired jurisdiction to <br />order said work and improvements: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Arm, State of California, in regular session assembled, <br />that the public interest and convenience require the improvements <br />herein referred to, and said City Council hereby orders that the <br />work and improvements, as set forth and described in said Resolution <br />of Intention No. 69-174 amd in ~he plans and specifications therein <br />referred to and adopted, as modzfied by Resolution No. 70-10 <br />adopted February 16, 1970, be done and made in the manner described <br />in and provided by said resolutions and said plans and spectfzca- <br />tions. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all objections, ~ether in <br />writing or oral, to the proposed work, the grade to which said <br />work is to be done or the boundary of the district proposed to be <br />assessed to pay the cost and expenses of said work be and the same <br />hereby are overruled and denied. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE~ that the boundaries of the assess- <br />ment district and the grades to which said work and improvements <br />are to be constructed shall be those set forth and described in <br />said Resolution of Intention No. 69-174, in the plans and <br />specifications therein referred to, and in the plat or map of said <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
