A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded on the East by the East line of said Lot 10 in Block "K" of "Ross Addition to Santa Ana", bounded on the South by the North line of the above described Parcel 10 A, and bounded Northwesterly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to said South and East boundaries.
