Concannon, 2037 South Main Street, were received and filed. <br />Communication was read from Geo. E. Faires, 1319 North Main Street, <br /> <br />requesting that the City set aside a plot <br />the future home of the American Red Cross, <br />Chapter, and on motion of Councilman Dahl, <br /> <br />of ~round 60' x 150~ for <br /> <br /> Southern Orange County <br /> seconded by Jerome and <br /> <br />carried, the communication was received and filed. On motion <br />of Councilman' Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the matter was <br />referred to the Manager, Department of Public Works and the Chief of <br />Police for recommendation at their early convenience. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Ds~hl and carried, the <br />request of the Kiwanis Club of North Santa Ana for permission to <br />solicit funds, September 24th and~th, 1954, was granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
