<br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the
<br />following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa
<br /> Aha Municipal Code creating changes in district
<br /> boundaries and amending Sheet No. 14 of the
<br /> districting map to show the reclassification"
<br />
<br />of property situated.on both sides of Broadway from 17th Street to
<br />Santa Clara Avenue, for a depth of 150', or three lots siding to
<br />B~oadway, or one lot depth when fronting on Broadway, whichever is the
<br />case, from the R-3 District to the "P" District, in accordance with
<br />the amendment application of Mabel G. Webster etal, was introduced,
<br />
<br />considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on
<br />motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the follow-
<br />ing Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "Ordinance declaring the necessity for and the
<br /> intention to acquire and improve certain real
<br /> property in the City of Santa Ana, California,
<br /> as Vehicle Parking District Lot No. 1"

<br />was considered, designated Ordinance No. NS-63 and passed by the
<br />
