<br />extension of the City sewerage facilities from their present terminus :
<br />on Roe Drive to West Orange Street, paralleling the west side of North
<br />
<br />Main Street. On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and
<br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to check the petition, in accordance
<br />with the Improvement Act of 1911, to determine whether 60% of the
<br />
<br />owners of the area, affected by the proposed improvement, have signed'
