9. Pay Sanitation District VII fees. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Ail plans and surveys for the required improvements shall he <br /> completed by the engineer and submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Install ornamental street lights (with underground connections) <br /> along all street frontages in accordance with approved <br /> system. <br /> <br />12. Developer shall submit a plan showing his proposal for an on- <br /> site water system. <br /> <br />Developer shall pay all water main charges in public streets and <br />easements and all service installation costs. Developer shall <br />furnish on-site water main easements as required. It is recommended <br />that the developer contact the Santa Ana Fire Department regarding <br />fire hydrant location. <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE <br />OF UTILITIES RE.T~SE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY AND HOUSING: <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Provide sanitary sewer facilities as required by the Department <br /> of Public Works. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Provide storm drain facilities as required by the Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Improve MacArthur Boulevard with pavement, curb and gutter as <br /> required and an 8-foot wide landscaped strip in place of <br /> sidewalks. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Improve Bristol Street with pavement, curb and gutter, and an <br /> 8-foot wide landscaped strip in place of sidewalks. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Improve Sunflower Avenue with pavement to meet existing pavement, <br /> curb and gutter at 52 feet north of the center line and an <br /> 8-foot wide landscaped strip in place of sidewalks. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Improve Plaza Drive with pavement, curb and gutter and an 8-foot <br /> wide landscaped strip in place of sidewalks. Location of <br /> curb face to be 8 feet from right of way line. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />It is suggested that the owner investigate regular fees for <br />drainage assessment, sanitary assessment, ornamental street <br />lights, building permits, etc. <br /> <br />19. A <br /> <br />traffic control signal light will be installed at the location <br />of the existing median island break on Bristol Street approxi- <br />mately 1,070 feet north of the intersection of Sunflower <br />Avenue. The cost of this installation is to be shared <br />equally by the developers of the properties on both sides of <br />Bristol Street opposite the traffic control signal. The <br />developers are to enter into an agreement with the City where- <br />by the developer of the first property to be actually <br />developed will be responsible for the installation of the <br />signal and he reimbursed half the costs by the other developer <br />at the time development of the other property takes place. <br />If this is not legally possible, then the first developer <br />shall pay entire cost. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1971. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
