RESOLUTION 72-26 <br /> <br />UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION DENYING APPEAL 9294 AND GRANTING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-8 SUBJECT TO THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />FILED BY ROBERT EWING ASSOCIATES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana does hereby uphold the decision of the <br />Planning Commission to deny Appeal ~294 and grant V.A. <br />72-8 filed by Robert Ewing Associates, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />The development be according to the approved <br />plot plan, except for minor modifications <br />approved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all conditions of the Building and Fire <br /> Fire Departments be met. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and approved <br />by the Planning Department, including the provisions <br />of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning Ordinance, and that <br />said landscaping be implemented and be continu- <br />ously n~intained. <br /> <br />4. That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance <br /> with the Planning Department standards. <br /> <br />Submit to the Department of Public Works, for <br />their approval, an acceptable final grading plan <br />or an on-site drainage plan or both, showing the <br />direction and means of flow to the adjacent street(s) <br />or channel(s) when this property is developed. Plan <br />is to include existing and proposed elevations at <br />the property lines. Applicants should check with <br />the Department of Public Works for extent of study <br />needs. <br /> <br />6. Dedicate required street or alley right of way. <br /> <br />7. Pay drainage assessment fee. <br /> <br />8. Pay Sanitation District No. 7 fee. <br /> <br />9. Pay water service connection charges. <br /> <br />10. Pay street tree charges. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Comply with applicable conditions of previously <br />approved tract map or parcel map pertaining to this <br />site. <br /> <br />12. Construct necessary street improvements: <br /> <br />a. paving <br />b. curb and gutter <br />c. sidewalk <br />d. driveway <br />e. cross-gutter <br />f. tree wells <br /> <br />13. Construct necessary sewer facilities as required by <br /> the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
