<br />be held April 15th, 1955, in the Superior Court, in the matter of the
<br />
<br />restraining order filed by Frederick Hopper and other members of the
<br />
<br />Police Dep~tment against the Personnel Board, the City Manager and
<br />
<br />the Acting Chief of Police, and on motion of Councilman McBride,
<br />
<br />seconded by Jerome and carried, the communication was received and
