The mobile home square foot schedule for moving expenses is established as follows: The Square Foot Schedule method provides payment of moving expenses based upon the length of the external wall measured at floor level. The payment schedule is as follows: 300 sq. ft. or less $130 from 301 sq. ft. to 400 sq. ft. 180 from 401 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. 210 from 501 sq. ft. to 600 sq. ft 240 from 601 sq. ft. to 700 sq. ft. 270 over 700 sq. ft. 300* *Maximum payment For double units, the payment will be computed for each separate component, but the total may not exceed $300. In addition, if you choose to receive payment based on the above schedule, you will receive a Dislocation Allowance of $200. 8.
