It <br />was moves by CoUncilman Markel, seconded by Jerome and carried, that a <br />meeting be arranged between the Council of the City of Santa And and <br />the Council of the City of Orange, in regard to annexations and a <br />report submitted at the next meeting. <br /> <br /> Communication was read from the Department of Public Works advising <br /> that improvements in Tract No. 1856 have been completed and on motion <br /> of Councilman Helnly, seconded by Jerome and carried, bond filed by <br /> Bronley Building Company, in the sum of $6,500.00 was ordered released <br /> and improvements accepted as completed. <br /> <br /> Attorney R.C.Mize representing Minnie M. Wild, owner of approximately <br /> 145 acres at the .southeast corner of Delhi and Bristol Street, request. <br /> ed that the protest be withdrawn reference the amendment application <br /> of Richard Rand. <br /> <br /> Communication was read from the Department of Public Works advisir~ <br /> that improvements within the boundaries of Record of Survey, filed by <br /> Thomas Shoe~, of three lots on Pine Street west of Bristol Street havei' <br /> been completed and on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly <br /> and carried, cashier's check in the sum of $1~00.00 was ordered re- <br /> leased and improvements accepted as completed. <br /> <br />Communication was read from the DirectOr of Finance submitting a list <br />of. seventeen persons and firms delinquent in the payment of sales tax, <br />and on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, <br />the Attorney was instructed to proceed with legal procedure to enforce <br />the collection.~ <br /> <br /> Communication was read from the Department of Public Works advisin~ <br /> that improvements in Tract No. 2068 have been completed and on motion <br /> of Councilma.n Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, bond filed by <br /> Douglas W.
