RESOLUTION NO. 73-131 <br /> <br />~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA RATIFYING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND SETTING <br />THE RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS <br />AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY--COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION, HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION, PERSONNEL <br />BOARD, AND RECREATION AND PARKS BOARD <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that <br />the compensation to be paid to board and commission members shall be and <br />is established as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION - Each member <br />of this commission shall receive the sum of twenty ($20.00) dollars for <br />each regular or adjourned meeting of said commission which said member <br />attends; provided, however, no such member shall be paid more than forty <br />($40.00) dollars for such attendance at meetings held during any one calendar <br />month. <br /> <br /> 2. HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION - Each member of this <br />commission shall receive the sum of fifteen ($15.00) dollars for each regular <br />or adjourned meeting of said commission which said member attends; pro- <br />vided, however, no such member shall be paid more than thirty ($30.00) <br />dollars for such attendance at meetings held during any one calendar month. <br /> <br /> 3. BOARD OF RECREATION AND PARKS - Each member of this <br />board shall receive the sum of twenty ($20.00) dollars for each regular or <br />adjourned meeting of said board which said member attends; provided, however, <br />no such member shall be paid more than twenty ($20.00) dollars for such <br />attendance at meetings held during any one calendar month. <br /> <br /> 4. PERSONNEL BOARD - Each member of this board shall receive <br />the sum of twenty ($20.00) dollars for each regular or adjourned meeting of <br />said board which said member attends; provided, however, no such member <br />shall be paid more than twenty ($20.00) dollars for such attendance at meet- <br />ings held during any one calendar month. In addition, each member shall <br />receive twenty ($20.00) dollars for each day (except meeting days) he attends <br />personnel hearings. <br /> <br /> 5. PLANNING COMMISSION - In addition to compensation for atten- <br />dance at meetings as provided under Section 2-352 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, each commissioner shall receive twenty-five ($25.00) dollars per month <br />as reimbursement for expenses provided he attends at least one meeting during <br />the calendar month. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5 day of November , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
