<br />Grand Avenue and Washington Place, and bond in the sum of $1,000.00 wer~ approved
<br />
<br />and agreement covering the improvements was ordered signed.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Counc~!~en Reinly, seconded by Dahl and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />
