<br /> of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control of beverage applications of Clyde
<br /> S. Leaker, 421 E. McFadden Street, Lupe J. Rodriquez, 107 Gr~ud Avenue, Jack J. and
<br /> Marie M. Gargan, 1206 E. Fourth Etreet, Luis and Concepcion Cazares, 2555 South
<br /> ~ain Street and Raisin Markets, Y~c., 2120 Bristol Street, were received and filed.

<br /> Parlor No. 2~5, protesting the proposal of the Ob~m~ ber of Commerce that Birch Park

<br /> Report of the Santa Aha Fire Deparlm~nt was received and filed.

<br /> On motion of Counet!m~u Neinly, seconded by ~4~rkel ~nd carried, the following
<br /> Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "Ordinance repealing Section No. 381~ of the Santa Aha
<br /> ~mtcipal Code which said Section proh~Sited display
<br /> or storage of merchandise on the public streets"

<br />was introduced, considered aud placed on file for second reading.

<br /> On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by ~4arkel and cea-tied, the following
<br /> Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance amending Sections 8602 through 8610, both
<br /> inclusive, of the Santa Aha ~mnicipal Code regulating
<br /> building relocation" -~
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.
<br />
<br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Hetn!y and carried, that the existin
<br />Joint Outfall Sewer Fund be transfel:l~d to the Il-General Fund of the City of Santa
<br />Aha and said 95-Joint Outfall Sewer Revolving Fund shall be eltra!hated.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Counetlw~ ~nly, seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolution entitle~
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 57-21 concerning park~:ng limitations and
<br /> curb markings in accordance therewith"
<br />
<br />establishing two 24-m~nute zones on the north side of West Fourth Street between
<br />Birch and Ross Streets, in accordance with request of Irving R. Freed, et al, was
<br />considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />On motion of Councilman Narkel, seconded by Jet,ne and carried, the request of
<br />Shelley B. Norton for two 24.minute zones on the south side of East First Street,
<br />east of Eathaway, and in front of the property at 1124 East First Street, was re-
<br />fex~x~d to the curb usage c~mmtttee for report at the next meeting.

<br />The Council ha~ing unauimously waived the read~ of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />entitled:

<br />and ~ycamore Streets, in accordance with request of the Rossmore Cafe, was con-
