<br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, proper officials
<br />were authorized to execute the petition for withdrawal of territory from the Tustin
<br />Lighting District, the petition also to be executed by Elks Buildltng Association of
<br />Santa Aha and All State Insurance Company.
<br />
<br />It was moved by Councilman Heinly, seconded by Jerome ~nd carried, that escrow
<br />structions be approved and signed for various properties and warrants ordered issued
<br />
<br />covering the costs as follows:

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
