<br /> On recommendation of the curb usage committee and on motion of Councilman Heinly,
<br /> seconded by Markel and carried, the request of the Santa Ana City Schools was
<br /> denied that traffic signals or stop signs be installed at First and Ross Streets.
<br /> The Manager orally reported on the communication from Ruby K. and Arthur A. Beard,
<br /> 1802 North Ross Street reference the condition of the sidewalk in front of their
<br /> premises and stated that the condition is not dangerous and the Park Department
<br />
