<br />Councilm~u Gould presented an Ordinance amending Sections B211, 3211.1, 3211.2 and
<br />3211.3 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code regulating al ~-night parking and repealing
<br />other sections. It was moved by Councilmen Gould and seconded by Hubbard, that the
