Gould, A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale N. Heinly Jr. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Counci~ Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitle "Resolution No. 57-208 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance there~Ith" establishing a red zone on the south side of Santiago Way between Poinsettia Street and Seventeenth Street, in accordance with request of Electric Supplies Company, was considered and passed by the following VOte: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel Noes, Councilmen Dale H. Heiuly Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. The Council having unanimously wa~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled "Resolution No. 57-209 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance there~lth'' establishing "No Parking" on the south side of Santiago Way between Poinsettia Stre and Santiago Avenue and on the north side of Santiago Way between Seventeenth Street and Santiago Avenue, as recommended by the Traffic Engineer, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilm~n Noe s, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly Stanley C. Gould, Jr. The Council having u~snimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution concerning through streets in the City of Santa Ana" in regard to change in traffic control, stopping Sycamore Street for Bishop Street, as recc~mended by the Traffid ~gineer, was considered by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, J. Ogden Markel Noes, Councilmen A. A. Hall, Dale H. Heinly Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. Motion lost. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilm~ Markel, seconded by, Hubbard, the following ~esolution entitled: "Resolution concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" establishing a red zone on the south side of Third Street between Flower and Garnsey Streets, as recommended by the Traffic Engineer, was considered by the following Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, J. Ogden M~rkel A. A. Hall, Dale H. Heinly Stanley C. Gould, Jr. Motion lost. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitle, "Resolution No. 57-210 concerning p~rking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" establishing a vision zone on the north side of West Seventeenth Street between Street and College Avenue, as recommended by the Traffic Engineer, was considered passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly None Stanley C. Could, Jr.
