Heinly <br />Jr. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Counci~ Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitle <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 57-208 concerning parking limitations and curb <br />markings in accordance there~Ith" <br /> <br />establishing a red zone on the south side of Santiago Way between Poinsettia Street <br /> <br />and Seventeenth Street, in accordance with request of Electric Supplies <br /> <br />Company, was considered and passed by the following VOte: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel <br />Noes, Councilmen Dale H. Heiuly <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously wa~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 57-209 concerning parking limitations and curb <br />markings in accordance there~lth'' <br /> <br />establishing "No Parking" on the south side of Santiago Way between Poinsettia Stre <br /> <br />and Santiago Avenue and on the north side of Santiago Way between Seventeenth Street <br /> <br />and Santiago Avenue, as recommended by the Traffic Engineer, was considered and <br /> <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilm~n <br />Noe s, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
