On motion <br /> of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Nal 1 and carried, the following Ordinance <br /> entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory <br /> designated 'Mabury Annex No. 3'" <br /> <br /> was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />Hearing This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the City of certain <br />"Delhi and.i ristol <br />$.~. Annex <br /> uninhabited territory designated "Delhi and Bristol S.W.Annex", and there being no <br />Ordinance <br /> ~ P~ protests, on motion of ~ouncilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the <br /> <br /> following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory <br />designated 'Delhi and Bristol S. W. Annex'" <br /> <br />Hearing <br />"General Agricultural <br />District" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for the hearing on amending Article IX of the Santa Aha <br />~unicipal Code to add 'General Agricultural District" to the Zoning provisions of <br />the City, on motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Gould and carried, the matter <br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-268 <br />Tax Rate 1957-1958 <br /> <br />was refe~-~ed to the Attorney and the hearing continued until August 19, 1957. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and c~rried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-268 of the City of Santa Aha, California, fixing <br />the amount of money ascertained to carry on the various departments <br />of the City of Santa Aha, to pay the bonded indebtedness falling <br />due, for the current year 1957-1958, fixing the rate of taxation <br />for the current year 1957-1958, and designating the number of cents <br />on each $100.00 for the various funds of said City and hereby levied <br />on the whole of the taxable property of said City" <br /> <br />was considered and passed, as an emergency measure, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Reso.
