<br />Street, was approved subject to conditions of the Department of Public Works.
<br />On motion of CouncilmAn Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, Tentative Map of
<br />Tract No. 3298 filed by Clayton P. Staples on property located on the southwest
<br />corner of Raitt Street and Fairview Avenue, consisting of approximately 80 acres,
<br />or approximately 369 lots, was approved subject to conditions of the Department of
<br />Public Works.

<br />It was moved by Cou~cilm~u Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, that escrow
<br />instructions be approved and signed for various properties from the following
<br />persons: Earl M. and Betty K. Goodart for property at 636 North Van Ness Avenue,
<br />Civic Center site, in the sum of $18,000.00; Betty Kathryn Coodart for property on
<br />the west side of Van Ness Avenue, Civic Center site, in the sum of $8,600.00, and
<br />Elsie H. Robbins for property on Van Ness Avenue, north of Sixth Street, Civib~
<br />Center site, im the sum of $10,750.00.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, 'on motion of
<br />Coumcilm~u Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution
<br />entitled:

<br />
<br />from Betty Kathryn Goodart, for property on the west side of Van Ness Avenue, Civic
<br />Center site, in the sum of $8,600.00, was considered and passed by the following
