No. 57-308 <br />Letter agreement <br />Burroughs Corporation <br /> <br />boundary, and a depth of approximately 260.34 feet on the north boundary, was <br />approved subject to the revised conditions of the Department of Public Works requirt <br />the filing of a bond in the mmount of $720.00, or that improvements be made on the <br />60 feet owned by Mr. Trap]) and the 20 feet owned by George M~ Millspaugh on Lyon <br />Street before a certificate of Use and Occupancy is issued. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the Preliminary <br />Record of Survey Map submitted by W.H.Siemsen on property located approximately 700 <br />feet south of 17th Street and east of Lincoln Avenue, was approved without the con- <br />ditions as recommended by the Planning Department, <br /> <br />Communication was submitted from the Planning Department recommending disapproval of <br />Revised Tentative Map of Tract No. 3293 filed by Lemon Heights Investment Corporatic <br />on property located north of McFadden Street, along the east and west sides of the <br />northerly extension of Standard Avenue and consisting of 36 lots, or approximately <br />ten acres,slsd ccmmm~nication from Planning Ccmm~ission reco~maending a 50-foot set-bac~. <br />if map is approved. The Council having unau~mously waived the reading of the <br />Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the <br />followi~ Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 57-307 approving Revised Tentative Map of Tract <br /> No. 3293 reducing building setback and imposing conditions" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stsmley C. Gould, Jr., <br /> A.A.Ha~], J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly <br />Nos s, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman M~rkel, seconded by Gould and carried, Record of Survey Map <br />submitted by Rex M. Grisson and John A. Pou~ on property situated on the south side <br />of Seventeenth Street, beginning at ~ point approximately 250 feet w~st of Grand <br />Avenue, with a frontage of 65.20 feet on Seventeenth Street ~nd extending ~outh for <br />a depth of 205 feet, was approved subject to conditions as recommended by the <br />Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by Gould and carried, Map of Tract No. ~21~ <br />filed by Industrial Enterprises, Inc., for the dedication of Dyer Road, Alton Street <br />and Kilson Drive for public use for highway purposes, was approved. <br /> <br />Councilman Markel presented a merit certificate and a cash award to Barbara Jean <br />McLanghlin, Santa Aha, who was the outstanding driver of the month in the Santa Ama <br />Safe Driving Csmpaign. <br /> <br />Councilman Markel disqn~l ified himself on the next motion. The Council having <br />unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />seconded by Hall and c~rried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 57-308 directing the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br /> Council to sign a certain letter addressed to Burroughs Corporation" <br /> <br />providing for certain improvements to be made on and adjacent to certain property <br />located south and west of the intersection of Delhi Road and Bristol Street, was <br />considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br />Not voting Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
