<br />the Depa~-tment of Alcoholic Beverage Control of beverage application of Lawrence J.
<br />and Sylvia M. La Pierre, 800 East Washin~ton Avenue, was received and filed.

<br />On motion of Connc~lm~ Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of H.
<br />P. Waltz for a ~6 foot driveway approach at 1~28 French Street, was granted.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
