<br /> (Income Centers) from Van S. and Kathryn E. Pom~roy was received and filed offering to release access
<br />
<br /> rights granted Income Centers, Inc., to First and Walnut Streets over portions of
<br /> Lot 55 in Tract 2752, which will not meet the requirements of the proposed con-
<br /> struction of a Douglas Oil Company service station at First and Walnut Streets, and
<br /> request from Income Centers to provide and grant other access rights. It was moved
<br /> by Councilm-n Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, that it is the intent of the
<br /> City Council to approve the cha~e in the driveways as shown on the map and recom-
<br /> mended by the Department of Public Works.

<br /> Construct Library cations, as prepared by Harold Gimeno, Architect, for the construction of a Public

<br /> carried, the Purchasing Agent was authorized to advertise for bids for the con-
<br /> struction of the Public Library; bids to be opened April 30, 1958.
