Pom~roy was received and filed offering to release access <br /> <br /> rights granted Income Centers, Inc., to First and Walnut Streets over portions of <br /> Lot 55 in Tract 2752, which will not meet the requirements of the proposed con- <br /> struction of a Douglas Oil Company service station at First and Walnut Streets, and <br /> request from Income Centers to provide and grant other access rights.
