Heinly <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the Manager was <br /> <br />directed to prepare, or have prepared, the arguments in favor of and publish a <br /> <br />notice in the newspaper giving any person or persons the opportunity to present <br />opposing arguments on the proposition, to be voted upon at a Special Election to <br /> <br />held June 3, 1958, to change the purpose for which certain money resulting from the <br /> <br />sale of bonds approved by the electors in a Special Election held on April 9, 1946, <br /> <br />to improve Santiago Creek, to the new purpose of constructing a building to house <br /> <br />the Santa Ana Police Department. <br /> <br /> <br />
