<br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following
<br />Ordinance entitled:

<br />It was moved by Counci!man Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, that escrow in-
<br />
<br />structions be approved and signed for certain properties for the widening of the
<br />
<br />north side of Delhi Road east of H~11 aday Street and with the following persons:
<br />
<br />Ruben V. and Aurelia S. Peralto, consideration $8~.60,
<br />Herman D. and Lorraine D. Hunt, consideration $115.90,
<br />William N. and Gussie L. Couch, consideration $250.00,
<br />Joe and Annie Castro, consideration $388~00~

<br />structions be approved and signed for a water line north from the turn-around on
<br />
<br />Oakmont Street with the following persons:

<br />Dell D. and Aun M. Eastman, consideration $~12.00.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, that escrow in-
<br />
<br />structions be approved and signed for certain properties on the east side of Parton
<br />
<br />Street, for Civic Center area, and with the following persons:

<br />Ollie O. and Goldie M. Ambros, consideration $11,500.00,
<br />Pearl and Mary W. Adams, consideration $12,250.00,

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 58-88 accepting deeds granting easements for the
<br />widening of North Main Street, the north half of Fifteenth Street,
<br />west of Towuer, and a deed granting to the City certain access
<br />rights to property at First and Walnut, all without cash consideration"
<br />
<br />from Biggars Investments, Santora Company, William H. and Bertha C. Siemsen,
<br />
<br />A. and Marion N. Lamp, Robert Perry Davis, Myra M. Gibson, First Western Bank and
<br />
<br />Trust Campany, Mabel C. Ross, James V. S~obie and Robert D. Brown, and Van S. and
<br />
<br />~athryn E. Pomeroy, was considered and passed by the following vote:
