<br /> ~esolution to declare the intent of the Council and define the parking prohibition,
<br /> regulations and hours of effectiveness on Main Street between First and Ninth Streets,
<br /> and that such Resolution be adopted during August to be effective on September 1st.

<br /> w~s received, filed and the Attorney instructed to prepare a Resolution to continue
<br /> the parkt~i~prohibition or restrictions on Main Street as now existing until such
<br /> time as four lanes of traffic on North Main Street f~-~ 8th Street to 17th Street
<br /> are provided.

<br />Claim On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the claim of William
<br />Wm. H. Bruns, Jr. submittin~ estimates

<br /> pruning on May 27, 1958, was referred to the Attorney.

<br /> On motion of COunC~lmaU Nubbard, seconded by Rall and carried, the c~mmunication
<br />
<br /> frc~ Mrs. Weston Walker ca~ling attention to the unsightly north entry into the
<br />
<br /> City and suggesting that the Ordinance to control outdoor advertising signs is
<br /> probably inadequate and not enforced as strictly as it should be, was received and
<br /> filed.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, proper officials
<br /> were authorized to execute agreement with Murphy Zlaket requiring a 7 1/2 foot
<br /> easement to the City prior to building over anY portion of the alley running between
<br /> Main and Bush Streets at the intersection of Buffalo and North Main Street, if the
<br /> same is vacated.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Councilm-n Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of
<br />
<br /> Harry Tancredi was granted for a 35 foot access, instead of a 25 foot access, as
<br /> previously granted, fer use of the Richfield Oil Corporation for one of the entrances
<br /> to the service station to be located on East 17th Street, south side, east of
<br /> Poinsettia Street.
<br />
<br /> The Co~z~cil haviD~ ~'na~tm~ust~y waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br /> Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitle~:

<br /> "Resolution No. 58-196 authorizing execution of a deed quitclaiming
<br /> ten additional feet of access rights to provide a BS-foot driveway
<br /> for service station"
<br />
<br /> to be located on the south side of East 17th Street, east of Poinsettia Street, to

<br /> Harry J. and May A. Tancredi, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br /> On motion of Counci~mau Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, proper officials
<br /> were authorized to execute agreement dated August 4, 1958, with Sievers Constructioa
<br /> Company for off-site sewer reimbursement for a period of ten years in Tract No. 2980
<br /> on King, Ninth, Tenth, Fairway Streets and Larengo Place.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Gouncilmau Hubbard, seconded by GoUld and carried, the plans and
<br /> specifications were approved for the widening of 17th Street from College Avenue to
<br /> Bristol Street and from Baker Street to Towner Street, Projects Nos. 10~ and 109.
