Barkley, contractor, the amount of $811.10. On motion of Counci!m~n Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the Manager was authorized to direct a letter to the Santa Ama Provisional League of Women Voters complimenting them on the pamphlet "This is Santa Aha". On motion of Counci~n Nubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the Director of Public Works was authorized to contract with Midco, developer of Tracts 20~1 and 2260 to contract ~11 street improvements and the City to pay to the developer the Leave of absence costs applicable to the City under the existing policy. On motion of Counc~]m~n Hubbard, seconded by Eall and carried, the Manager was granted a leave of absence from October 16th to October 25th, inclusive, to attend the Internation~2 City ~-~ser's Conference in Da!las, Texas.
