<br />S. Maintenance and Construction was granted for two 35-foot driveways at the Rich-

<br />field service station to be located at 17th Street and the Freeway off-ramp.

<br />On motion of Counc~lm-n Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the oral request
<br />
<br />of CouncJ!m~n J. Ogden Markel on behalf of the Rnman Catholic Archbishop of Los
<br />
<br />Angeles,was granted for three 35-foot driveways on Fairview Avenue, Center Street
<br />
<br />and on Clara Street, in connection with the construction of a school and future
<br />
<br />plans for a Church.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanfmously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Counet~m-~ Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 58-251 concerning parking limitations and curb
<br />markings in accordance therewith"
<br />
<br />establishing red zones on the east side of College Avenue between 17th Street and
<br />
<br />19th Street and on the west side of College Avenue between 17th Street and the north
<br />
<br />property line of 19th Street extended, also on the south side of 19th Street between
<br />
<br />College Avenue and Bristol Street, reference request of Doctor's Hospital, was con-

<br />sidered and passed by the following vote:
