Spurgeon (loading zone ) ~he Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of ' i Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 58-254 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accorSance therewith" establishing "No Parking" zone on portions of Raitt Street north of De]bt Road, as rec~nded by the DepaA~t~ent of Public Works, was considered and posted by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Nee s, Councilmen Absent, Counc~ ~ ~n Royal E. Heinly None None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by ~al 1 and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 58-255 concerning parking ltmftations and curb markings in aecor~oe therewith" establishing a bus loading zone on the west side of Bristol Street south of 17th Street, adjacent to the Santa Aha College, as rec~nded by the Deparlm~nt of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, St~-ley C. Gould, Jr., A.A.N-11, J. Ogden Markel, Dale N.
