RESOLUTION NO. 78-144 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br />(e) Disability Insurance <br /> <br /> Effective January 1, 1978, the City shall <br />pay the full premium for a long-term disability <br />insurance plan, selected by the City, for said <br />officer. <br /> <br />(f) Carry Over Benefits <br /> <br /> In addition to the benefits specified in <br />subparagraphs (a) through (e) hereinabove, said <br />officer shall receive any and all employee bene- <br />fits which the incumbent of said office was en- <br />titled to receive on June 30, 1976, by reason of <br />prior action of the Council, provided and except- <br />ing, however, the health insurance benefit shall <br />be as provided hereinabove, and not as it ex- <br />isted on June 30, 1976. <br /> <br /> 4.
