RESOLUTION NO. 79- 73 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 BY REINSTATING THE <br />CLASS TITLE OF CLERK OF THE COUNCIL TO THE CITY'S BASIC <br />COMPENSATION PLAN AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 78-144 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the class title of Clerk <br /> of the Council at Salary Range No. 464, $2007 to $2439. <br /> <br /> b. Designating said class as Unrepresented Executive Fmnagement by <br /> adding next to the class title the parenthetical identified (EM). <br /> <br /> 2. That Resolution No 78-144, which previously fixed and established the compen- <br />sation for the office of the Clerk of the Council, is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 3.
